Why This Community Was Created
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with individuals and groups to amplify their impact, helping them align their actions with their deepest values. As a trauma-informed social worker with a Master’s in Social Work focusing on Community Organizing, Policy, and Administration, my commitment to advocacy and justice has always been at the forefront.

Inspired by the growing need for unity and action in our society, I created this space for women who believe in equality, justice, and equity—women who want to drive real, meaningful change for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Women for Justice and Impact was born out of a desire to challenge systemic inequities, empower each other, and take action that makes a tangible difference. Together, we create a ripple effect of impact that extends far beyond our individual efforts.

Weekly Community Calls
Every Monday at 3 PM EST, we come together for heartfelt conversations, collaborative brainstorming, and actionable planning. These calls are a space to share insights, support one another, and co-create solutions that drive change.

Yearlong Focus on Equity and Advocacy
Throughout 2025, we’ll focus on challenging inequities, promoting inclusion, and amplifying our voices. From online initiatives to grassroots efforts, we’ll tackle the barriers women face and create a world where all voices are heard and respected.

Action Beyond the Screen
This is not just about discussion; it’s about action. Together, we’ll take what we learn and apply it to real-world initiatives in our local communities and beyond. From organizing events to building partnerships, this community drives meaningful change where it matters most.
